A tree fell in our backyard, ripping the electrical box completely off the house. This was Fathers Day weekend. With a diabetic in the house, we need electricity to refrigerate insulin. DTE came out but could not do anything until an electrician came and reinstalled the box. I called at least 10 places with no answer or no one to help. Designer Electric not only answered the call, they moved things around so that they could get someone out on Fathers Day and got our power restored. Thank you so much!
