After 5 years of living with severe chronic pain, Dr. Aaron has brought me back to the land of the living!! His fantastic skills have allowed me to feel "normal" when I had begun to believe that I would never feel normal again.
So glad to be in the care of Dr. Abbi! Getting my neck and shoulders to feel better is a process and I appreciate and believe in the natural approach she is helping me with. So thankful Designed 2 Move is in Ankeny!

I found Dr.Abi Rickleman to be an attentive listener when I explained my condition. She examined me thoroughly and adjusted me accordingly. Migraines which had plagued me for years disappeared and have not returned. She prescribed exercases for my lower back which were very effective. She is an excellent chiropractor and can be trusted to alleviate your pain and start you on the road to activity again. Thank you Dr. Rickelman.
Unfortunately my visits to Dr. Aaron Rickelman started one month before his move from NC! I'm a runner and had lower back problems--in the past, others had told me to stop. That's not what I wanted to hear. His work with athletes in the past helped improve my experience. He never asked me to stop doing what I enjoyed. In addition to the treatments, he offered me alternatives that allowed me to continue distance runs--and they all helped. A huge gain for your community! Very highly recommended.
