I have had chronic knee pain for several months and Dr Aaron worked on it one time and it feels amazing!! So knowledgeable!! Highly recommend him if you want to feel better!! He takes the time to know what is going on with your body!!
I have been to a few chiropractors in the Ankeny area before I tried out D2M. This is by far the best office that I have been to! Extremely knowledgeable and great at what they do. I have many different areas of my body that needed to treated over the course of my visits at D2M (knee, neck, wrists, low-back, shins), and no challenge is too big for the Rickelman's. I have been treated for multiple injuries (hamstring (soccer)/shin splints (running)/lower back (baseball/softball)). Dr. Aaron Rickelman broke everything down so, I could understand what was wrong with my body. He is very knowledgeable on the human body and how it works. He also gave me pointers to change my running form and exercises to do at home. Overall, this is a top of the line rehab/chiro place in the metro!
Dr. Aaron was very knowledgeable at assessing my back issue and finding the source of my problem instead of just trying to fix my issue temporarily. He also gave me at home exercises to get back to my daily activities faster.
My entire family has been treated by either Dr Aaron or Dr Abbi at Designed2Move and we have had the BEST results! ALL OF US! I love the emphasis on education, prevention, and HEALING... Chronic pain does NOT have to stay CHRONIC! I'm also super excited to join their practice as their first employee!
LOVE this place! Very knowledgeable and attentive to all issues. Both Abbi and Aaron are great at assessing your issues and taking the most affective route to getting you better. They are able to use several differnt forms of rehabilitation which allows for flexibility during repair. Thank you for all your help with my ever changing issues. ;)
