Neena and her team are top notch - I've lived in dozens of apartments over the years and Designation is by far the best management company I've had. Very attentive to fix issues via their handy Web portal, same-day replies, and truly excellent, courteous work from her network of handy service professionals - special shoutout to Joe, Ernie, and Olivia who have been out to my apartment several times and do great, reliable work. Thanks all!
DPM does a wonderful job making sure I have everything I need AND want to make me feel like my apartment is a home. They’re excellent with annual safety checks, very responsive, and are always willing to work with me. My apartment was newly renovated when I moved in, so they take initiative to keep the place looking super nice. They even put in a screen door to let in natural light and more airflow when I requested it. Love that it’s women-owned and everyone is so kind, respectful and reasonable!

One of those management that are good in handling request of their tenants. Whenever they have a service request, they make sure everything is being monitored and taken care of. We are one of their vendor and It’s always a pleasure working with them specially Olivia, always easy to reach, respectful, and a joy to talk to every time. Kudos for working at best ! keep it up!
