I can’t say enough good things about Neena, Olivia, and their team. I have rented from a property they manage for a few years now. There has never been a time where I felt like I didn’t get a quick reply to a question or a solution to a problem. If you’re a future tenant, know you’ll be in good hands. If you’re looking for a property manager, this is your team.
We rented a home in Altadena through DPM and they were wonderful, always responsive and helpful. Sadly, that property burned down in the Eaton Fire but Olivia was so extremely helpful as we were experiencing that loss. She communicated with the homeowner and with us about the status of the home and when it was confirmed a total loss quickly got us out deposit and month’s rent back so we could have access to those funds immediately.
