I’ve been a tenant of a home managed by Designation for about four years now. By far one of my favorite places I’ve lived at! Neena and the team are extremely communicative and helpful with any issues that arise. Joe is a lifesaver and if there’s any big or small appliance issue he comes immediately and solves it very quickly. I have never lived somewhere where they prioritize their tenants needs so highly and are also such lovely people. I can’t say enough good things about Neena, Olivia, and their team. I have rented from a property they manage for a few years now. There has never been a time where I felt like I didn’t get a quick reply to a question or a solution to a problem. If you’re a future tenant, know you’ll be in good hands. If you’re looking for a property manager, this is your team.
We rented a home in Altadena through DPM and they were wonderful, always responsive and helpful. Sadly, that property burned down in the Eaton Fire but Olivia was so extremely helpful as we were experiencing that loss. She communicated with the homeowner and with us about the status of the home and when it was confirmed a total loss quickly got us out deposit and month’s rent back so we could have access to those funds immediately. I have worked with Designation Property Management for several years now. I own "Chimney Sweep Bill". Probably the oldest Fireplace and chimney cleaning service in all of Southern California.
