One of the best management companies I’ve ever come across. You typically hear about horror stories about the lack of care from a management company when you’re a tenant but not here. The team here has always been helpful and professional. They even drove across town to replace a chirping smoke alarm that was driving our dog crazy while we were away!

Olivia has been great and very proactive throughout the entire process from viewing, application, move in, and post move in! Truly the best property management company I’ve worked with in LA.
We rented our home for nearly four years, and Neena and the Designation Property Management team made the experience feel seamless and stress-free. They were consistently prompt, professional, and genuinely cared about the property and our comfort—often going above and beyond, like attentive landlords. Neena and her team have been a fantastic group taking care of my fourplex. Everything done with their help has been reasonable and well executed.
