I went into design within Reach to make a purchase for my new home. The experience was unforgettable. Wow, definitely should have read the reviews about the customer service. Absolutely awful, and they try to clean their hands and only point fingers at the distributor. I, like others have said, purchased an item that I was TOLD was in stock and should be delivered ASAP. Lo and behold, one month later, still have not received. I follow-up bi-weekly, and bi-weekly, I am told there is a new delivery date. Pushed back. Pushed back. Pushed back. 3 times now. They never reach out proactively to tell me, even after the date of arri... read more
