Brent from Design West was amazing! He helped us with our remodel a few years ago. We loved the results. After having a few clients come into their store and express interest in some flooring that was a bit out of their budget, Design West worked with us to ensure we got some good flooring which would work in our budget. Wow, we really like these guys. They helped us select a much better floor for our home than we'd initially chosen and they stayed in close contact throughout the entire process of removal and installation, including some leveling. We especially appreciated their attention to details and our input. Their installer was a real craftsman. Highly recommend.
I can't say enough about the customer service I received with Design West. Colton helped me from beginning to end. There was a problem receiving my flooring because of the hurricane in North Carolina, but Colton keep me up to date on what was going on. When the flooring finally arrived they were able to pull up the old floor the first day and install the new floor the next day. My new floor looks Great! I would highly recommend Design West for your next project.
Design West generously gave me some unused underlayment to repair a small section of water-damaged tiles. I’d been to 4 places looking for the right thickness and without paying an arm and a leg for such a small job. The owner took the time to rummage through his warehouse and found the end of an old roll and kindly passed it along without asking for anything in return.
