After having a few clients come into their store and express interest in some flooring that was a bit out of their budget, Design West worked with us to ensure we got some good flooring which would work in our budget. Wow, we really like these guys. They helped us select a much better floor for our home than we'd initially chosen and they stayed in close contact throughout the entire process of removal and installation, including some leveling. We especially appreciated their attention to details and our input. Their installer was a real craftsman. Highly recommend.
