Came in to have a look at some options for standalone homes for a future upgrade for our family. The sales person was directing me to look online for homes and give me feeling of having to do my own homework. Had to ask a a lot of questions to get information I needed, not very friendly experience.
Easy to locate. Sales reps were friendly and gave us all the info we needed. Would be nice if they had a model/ show home of what we are about to buy - even a miniature 3d model would help. Design tours are once every hour , very little standard options, almost feels like they want you to upgrade and spend more money on the house. Envisioning each of these design pieces as to which goes where is a challenge when there is no model.
I was pretty impressed with the design studio. Specifically Maggie. Needed to mention her as I have never been helped by someone so knowledgeable and caring. Our home is perfect thanks to you Maggie!
