A close friend of mine had a horrible experience at this salon. May have just been the stylist and not the salon however the sequence of events that followed included the inability to fix the issue, the staff lying about being reimbursed, lack of returned phone calls, and finally the owner having bad customer service. Sometimes as a business you just have to say, oops, let me make that right for you. That did not happen.
