From the moment they picked up the phone to me picking up my glasses the service has been nothing short of sensational ! I’d broken my IC Berlin glasses and the staff here had it sorted All the staff supported each other, they all knew where my glasses were - a great shopping experience and if this anything to go by I’ll be looking to get my next prescription glasses here
