A lot of good things at this place: the quality of the Italian furniture (the most important feature for me), but also the customer service and their extreme professionalism . I recommend them highly.
I cannot tell how much the owners help me designing space in my house. Besides the excellent quality furniture, they even gave me tips to improve my decor with things I already have. Amazing service. The best designers in town.
Horrible service. Took a while for the delivery then the order wasn’t what I wanted. When I went to confront about the order they said it was my fault for accepting the order. Very rude and Cesar was very condescending. The owner came out and didn’t even look at me, she just through around the box with my product. Never coming back and good luck having that service at Miami’s design district.
