Took my 1.5 year old daughter in today to get her first check up and cleaning. Tenchi went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable with the tools and atmosphere! It was a great experience for all and the staff took really good care of us!
Came in last week for an exam. All was good until the assistant cracked my tooth. Brought it her attention right away and was told she would tell the dentist. The dentist denied that she cracked it and said it was a pre existing crack. I had to tooth chip to prove it. So now my cheek is swollen and in pain. What kind of practice are you running. I need this tooth fixed immediately.
