Do Not come to this place of business! They don’t care about addicts what’s so ever! They don’t care that peoples lovely hoods depend on the medication and they play games with people’s appointments and then give you the run around as if you are the one who makes the mistakes. Stay far away from here and find a business that cares about their patients!
I would not recommend this place to anyone. My girlfriend went there for about 2 years the counselors are great. The office manager lily is the worst. She has no compassion and is extremely judgmental she has pulled the door shut and locked it on my girlfriend then, several minutes later unlocked and let someone else in that was late. She tried charging her for late fees for appointments that she never scheduled or knew about They only care about money. This place is awesome! Super nice staff always friendly and willing to help! Alex was my counselor and she's amazing and so are the other counselors that would step in if for her when needed.
This place cares nothing for the addict who needs help, only care about money! I was openly mocked by the owner for being BiPolar, yet they say in their website they can treat those with mental health issues. Lilly, the manager is mean, petty and rude woman, who generally gives the vibe of not giving a crap about the addict. We are walking wallets… I’ve seen that used a few times in these reviews. No clue how to treat or deal with addicts and mental health. Stay away!!
