I brought my new Tundra here for it's 15k service. It needed a basic service check-up and a software update recall. They said it would be no problem. After about 8 hours of not hearing anything I called and they said it was finished and waiting for me to pick it up. I thought it was kinda odd that they hadn't called me to tell me it was done.
