GREG HAS BEEN TO MY HOME 5 TIMES IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS OR SO AND I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HIM, HE TAKES VERY LITTLE TIME TO RESPOND AND GETS TO YOU QUICKLY. HE TAKES CARE OF BUSINESS EASILY AND WELL, I FEEL CONFIDENT THAT HE CAN GET ANY PROBLEM SOLVED AND DOES SO WITH A SMILE. HE WAS ABLE TO SAVE THE LAST SWARM I HAD AND THAT MEANS THE WORLD TO ME. I WOULD NOT HESITATE RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYONE.
Great communication, professional. A+. Greg stayed in contact with us days before he arrived, easing our concerns along the way. He cleaned up after himself, even going so far as to repair roof tiles that I had broken when I was up there hanging lights during the holidays. Truly a good person and a great professional.
Greg and Dan came out to my house to remove a huge wasp nest. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. The rate was very reasonable as my wife and I both thought it would cost a lot more than they charged. Greg gave me advice on how to keep the wasp from coming back. The nest was in a very tricky place and the wasp were hunkered down pretty well and a few pesky ones remained in the cavity of our house. I've had 2 occasions to use Desert Swarm services. Both time I have found Greg to be very responsive, professional and the rates are very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call them if you have bee problems.
