I spent $1700. Getting my truck fixed. Not the problem. The car wash is the problem! They gave me a free supreme car wash. I took a different truck of mine over to get it cleaned. It was not too bad inside and out. They had the nerve to tell me that they didn’t have time to clean my truck! This is all before 10 am. I will not be back or recommend their services they anyone.
I was on a quest. So, since three cars had been purchased from Desert Sun I went and tried again. I drove into the lot and was greeted warmly by a person named Rachel Clingman. I told her what I was seeking. I hobbled almost gracefully into her office and we started the search on the website. We live out of town and this dealership was great to work with. Angelitta was wonderful and made the entire experience easy for us. By the time we got to the dealership, everything was prepared and ready for us from the paperwork to the truck being detailed! I highly recommend this dealership, specifically Angelitta Steinhoff! We love our truck and are grateful that our first experience buying from a dealership out of town went so smoothly!
