I bought my SUV from your Roswell dealership with a powertrain warranty that requires I complete my maintenance with your dealership. You closed the Roswell dealership or sold to Richland, and you did nothing to take care of your Roswell customers, so they must drive to Alamogordo to get their oil changes etc. or lose their warranty. This is crappy deal. I chose to support your business and it was a huge mistake.

Bought vehicle from desert sun when it was in Roswell. Now to have an oil change they want me to drive to Alamogordo or void my warranty! 2hrs drive to get oil change. Why they didn’t give the contract over to Richland auto when they moved is beyond me! Manager at desert sun won’t answer my calls. Wonder how many other customers are out of luck.
