I had excellent customer service and as I progressed through my treatment, each step was explained to me before hand. Dr. Gunnell is exceptional in his knowledge and services showing compassionate and understanding for his clients. Called the Doctor as a recommendation from a friend. Was having occasional shooting pain from my upper jaw but no specific tooth pain. Insurance is an HMO in CA but the possibility of an abscess caused me to call when I had two events in one day. Dr. Grunnell took X-rays and did a thorough examination and could not be certain but referred me to a endodontist if I need one before I get back to CA. There was no sign of an abscess but he gave me antibiotics as a precaution and pain med if needed. Got exactly what I needed under... read more
