I want to describe the experience we have had with Desert Sky AC. We contacted Desert Sky for a second opinion after receiving a quote that we felt was expensive to rebuild our condensation drain line and a condensate drip pan. Matt suggested we replace the entire unit due to the pancake units being extremely difficult to deal with. He stated that "you" cannot replace the condensate pans on those units.
