Rave to the maintenance guy Bobby! Anytime I’ve ever needed anything fixed he always shows up and takes care of things! When I first moved in that wasn’t always the case. Once Bobby started things have been taken care of fast and they are done right. I love the fact that he takes pride in his work and actually cares what the property looks like.
I might have had a rocky start with move in but liberty village made their mistake right with me and the maint guy Bobby has been one of the best maint people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Super timely and responsive and really knows his stuff. I feel really comfortable living here knowing I'll be taken care of both by the office and the maint
I’ve lived at this property for about two years now and I have to say some of the friendliest maintenance staff has shown up in the last few months. I think his name is Bobby? Bobby comes to help as soon as I submit a maintenance request. He’s friendly and courteous, and great at communicating. i’ve seen LOTS of complaints about moving out especially the deposit, i guess we will see what happens when i move out (i will be getting it all back). anyway, they have a new office lady AND a new maintenance manager. both who introduced themselves to me and have been so much more cooperative than katie and the other maintenance man! they are actually getting maintenance requests done, while also making sure everyone follows the rules. love it! things are starting to look up around here!
