I've been reassured by Mary/Maintenance that the stairs and the light to my building will be looked at/be replaced bc the stairs creak, moan, and BOUNCE when walked on and I have an infant. My lease is up in a month and I fear the safety of walking up and down those stairs with my baby every single day. Can't wait to be out. I was very disappointed when i moved in. But the new maintenance team is great, in one day they fixed and replaced all the broken things. ❤️ Thank you guys. Now i have a new dryer and dishwasher. 🫰
Never rent from this company. Nothing but rude and unprofessional employees. They are money hungry and will over charge and try to steal. Apartment had nothing but issue too and they would try everything not to fix. Had no heat or hot water during Christmas and multiple other times.
This place is trash! Ripping people off and has very bad management. Money hungry and doesn’t give a shit about anyone that lives in the apartments.
I would never live here again. They price gouge u with fees for shared areas that are not maintained. The gym has broken equipment that they have no intention of fixing.They don't take care of the dog park, there's shit everywhere and the trash in there has been overflowing for 2 weeks. Cops are constantly patrolling because of the riffraff that ar there and at the neighboring complex. Go anywhere else.
