This is a company I work for. They had held my check for two weeks before I got paid. Then shorted me on my check and still owe me and haven’t paid me yet. It dont matter how many hours it was short. What’s owed to me is owed to me. I wouldn’t recommend nobody work for them. The supervisor Jamie has a foul mouth and they slow on paying you your money. Absolutely horrible company. Told by a reputable company that they should have to replace our carpet for the damage they did. They are also very abusive to customers who complain.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Had an appointment, scheduled a week in advance. Time was from 12-2. At 2:15 - still haven't heard from anyone, called & left a message. 2:30 - finally get someone on the phone. Says there was a "computer glitch" & somehow my appointment was moved. We have cleaned, moved furniture in preparation for this. Will NEVER use this company!! I wouldn't recommend anyone else does either. Not reliable & definitely NOT CONSIDERATE!!! I used them for my HVAC duct cleaning. They were priced right, arrived close to the time they said and did a thorough job. I would highly recommend this company to clean your HAVC ducts.
They did a phenomenal job cleaning my carpets. It looks better than new. Everyone was super nice and I will definately be using them again.
