My son has been a patient since he was a week old. He is now 10 years old. Doctor Muyot has always treated him with care and respect. She diagnosed him with Autism at the age of two and since has given me any referral needed for treatment. I can't thank her enough for all she does.
Do not recommend this place, as my daughter was having seizures, showed them videos and we were shoved out numerous times. Asked to get referrals out for further testing and would get denied. Saw different pediatricians, same office and wouldn’t bother. There diagnosis was “severe colic”. The videos I was showing clearly did not look like she had colic, she was in a lot of pain, to top it off, she suffered a stroke. she never gave me her name, called earlier about my daughter referrals, I have been waiting for over a month now. Asked her to please send it on my email and started giving the “reason why she cant” I said I always get them sent over and kept going with “not our practice and its only a phone number” so they waited a month to call and provide a phone number. Dr. would be so sad if he heard the tone of her voice and sassy attitude, just not the place to be it. I read the reviews and understood is probably not just her 🫣
This location only has 1 good doctor left. The rest of it is terrible. The people in the front have terrible customer service, they are always in a bad mood & are always giving attitude. Not to mention that whenever you call, you will placed on hold for 30+ mins only for the call to drop & be placed on hold AGAIN when you call back. & somehow it'll he you're fault they're short staffed.
