Took our 2009 Jaguar XF in for the first time to Oasis. What a pleasant surprise. Bill, the manager, greeted me by name (he was aware of his scheduling) when I walked in the door. The first thing I noticed was the clean shop, both the office and the vehicle repair area. I discussed the engine light being on. I was told they would do the diagnostics but if I got the vehicle repaired there the cost would be credited. Last place I went to, I would have been charged regardless. I had my BMW taken here while I was 1k+ miles away... Candice was my advisor and she did an awesome job keeping me informed! She was more responsive than most of the advisors I've worked with at BMW. Gyorge and Jackie (the owners) stayed past closing on a FRIDAY and waited for me to arrive from the airport - Jackie even ran me to my bank when I needed it!! I have brought my '04 Mercedes C230 to Desert Oasis a few times and never had a chance to leave a review before now. This place is AMAZING!!!!! From basic oil changes to a little harder jobs like belts and pulleys, to batteries and purge valves there is nothing they weren't able to fix on my car.
