I’m extremely disappointed with the experience at this therapy center. The communication is terrible — calls are rarely, if ever, returned, and getting information or updates is like pulling teeth. The entire process has been painfully slow. Now that my daughter has finally been assigned a counselor, she can only be seen if there’s a cancellation, which is completely unacceptable for someone who needs consistent care. Overall, the lack of organization and communication makes this place very frustrating to work with.

Was really looking into going back into therapy. Everything from the intake and people I talked to on the phone, were super nice and got back to me super quick every step of the way. They set me up with Brittany who they thought would be a good fit. I had my session 10/6/23, though it was mainly intake session I went from nervous in the beginning to feeling like this the place for me. All 3 of my boys have been seeing Wyatt off and on for almost 2 years. They started after the sudden separation and divorce between their Dad and I. Wyatt is amazing and has been an instrumental part of all of our recoveries. I'm so grateful to have a therapist that my boys trust and actually want to go to. I've also really appreciated how Wyatt has always taken my calls and listened to my concerns and helped to come up with solutions.
