I scheduled a therapy appointment for my teenager, which in itself can be difficult since opening up to someone new is already a challenge for many kids. The appointment was set for 10:00 a.m. with Victoria Beltran, and all paperwork was completed online in advance to avoid any delays. We arrived on time and waited for over 30 minutes. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience at this therapy center. The communication is terrible — calls are rarely, if ever, returned, and getting information or updates is like pulling teeth. The entire process has been painfully slow. Now that my daughter has finally been assigned a counselor, she can only be seen if there’s a cancellation, which is completely unacceptable for someone who needs consistent care. Overall, the lack of organization and communication makes this place very frustrating to work with.
