I am in disbelief that you allow such rude staff to answer your phones. As a client for many many years I was stunned. So stunned that I actually hung up on the rude receptionist and am now seeking a new vet clinic that perhaps has employees that know how to treat their clients. Whoever was working this morning at 8:31 was so bad my call only lasted 48 seconds. That’s how long it takes to lose a long time client....48 seconds.
Lord help me. I have been a client with Desert Inn Animal Hospital since mid-90s. I love my veterinarian and this is not a reflection or review of him. However their front desk staff is the most rude, unprofessional, inept, women I have ever dealt with at a veterinarian clinic. I have worked in rescue. I have worked at other vet hospitals, I have never dealt with so many rude women.
