I have been bringing my kitties here for about 3 years and I am so happy with their service. We even board them here when we go out of town, too. The staff really love the animals!!
If you are looking for the best care possible in Las Vegas Desert Inn Animal Hospital is for you. I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Arn for 27 years! He and his staff have Always given the very best care to my dogs! I board my dogs there also and highly recommend the facility !
The doctors are good and my comment is directed to the business manager, Chris. There are many reviews on Yelp with a poor rating and the response to these reviews is unprofessional, combative and dismissive. It is disappointing to see a manager refer to all of the "good reviews" received when addressing a bad review. Empathy and accountability are key and handling complaints with understanding and patience is necessary for the success of any business.

The kindness, consideration, and time that the staff take with each patient that walks through their doors never stops amazing me. I have taken my fur babies to them for years, and they have never changed in the way they have cared for them. Thank you guys for always being so awesome, in times of joy and pain. Keep up the great work.
