I would stay away from this company. The technician was very cocky, acted like he knew everything, and seemed more interested in taking advantage of customers than actually helping. My AC unit had leaks, and he refused to fix the problem. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and felt like a scam. This review is based on my personal experience and is not fake. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and reliable service.
would not recommend this company. The HVAC installation was left incomplete, and the work was not performed professionally. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was left with unfinished work and no acceptable solution. I have documented everything with invoices, photos, and the approved blueprints. Because the company failed to correct the problems, I am now pursuing legal action and reporting the matter to the City for investigation. Absolutely horrible experience.. waited for the owner mark for a whole month. After he initially came. I called him so many times to have him come out and diag and I even offered to pay a service fee, but nothing. He kept telling me he’s busy and kept giving me appts but he would never show up or reply. He doesn’t care anyways, he doesn’t need any customers because of how busy he is, but for you new people, this is a warning.
