I would rate a 5 but the doctor poked me painfully when she was trying to put back my braces band that she took off accidentally.
My experiences with you have always been good and I'm pleased with the service you provide. I didn't fill out the ratings above because I don't know what the ranking is. Is a 5 good or bad, or is the 1 best? This wasn't explained and I didn't want to skew the results by choosing wrong.

Usually someone checks me in right away. The last visit the receptionist was on the telephone for quite awhile. I was not checked in right away. The dental assistant noted I was there and she took me in right away.
I took my 4 children to get their teeth cleaned at the same time. The staff is consistently accommodating, helpful, and SUPER patient and understanding with me as a mom and with my kids!
