Returned to have my temporary crown replaced with "finished" crown. The finished crown was not "perfect" according to Dr. and I need to return in 5 days after they fix it. I appreciated the extra care taken at Desert Hills Dental. A happy customer for over 30 years.
There were problems in the cost quote to get the crowns on. I went home and got the prior quote and returned with that and got the problem fixed.
I've been jumping back and forth from dental offices and I feel more comfortable with desert hills....been with them for more than 5 years. Great helpful people!

Overall a very good visit. It was not your office financial person's fault but I felt the Care Credit website was misleading. I was expecting 18 months interest free as it was stated on the website when I applied. Found out that the contract with your office allows only 12 months. Should have stated on the website that the options would vary depending on the arrangement.
