As always Brian the hygienist did an excellent job with my regular cleaning. Sonic machine did not function properly though. Water leak was bad. Appointment was set for the top of the hour but wasn't seen till 20 minutes later. Last visit appointment time was pasted by 15 minutes. Scheduling of work was not done as planned during my previous appointment.
