My husband and I have been with Dr. Staton for well over a decade. They all work hard to please. They are punctual (and ask that you be the same). Their facility is very clean but very tight in space. However, the GOOD NEWS is they're relocating just NEXT MONTH to a LARGER FACILITY effective January 2023. They will also be open 5 days a week, not 4 days a week for dental work. Those were the only 2 reasons why I didn't give a perfect rating. Both reasons will be corrected as of January 2023. Here is my review and what I experienced. I asked you to tell me where you disagreed with my version of events. I also, over the last 4 months, have asked you to correct my smile and give me a smile I can be proud of. Before posting this review I sent 4 emails (starting 6 months after my service was completed) and called 4 times to ask Dr. Staten to fix my smile. She is very informative about dental care and provide me with recommendations to keep my teeth and gums healthy! The staffs are friendly, professional and accomodating. First of all, I am a huge baby when it comes to getting dental work done (lots of traumatic dental experiences as a child) I am glad that my Orthodontist Dr. C from Alhoa Orthodontics referred me to come here.
