A very impatient and rude receptionist rushed me in signing the contract before even seeing the location of the unit to see if I liked it first. She was playing word/mind games with me. When I asked where it was, she pointed to the unit number on the paper, as if I knew where that was on the property. No courtesy to show me a map if she didn’t feel like walking out and showing me before I sign. Melonie was extremely helpful and explained everything to my wife and I in detail. She took us to our unit and was very helpful answering all of our questions. She also thanked us for our business which is something you seldom hear anymore.
