This company has great customer service. We're new to the area and happy we found Desert Diamond. Our technicians were Ramon and Ismael. Both were thorough and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of service.
Things were going really well until we got to pricing. The technician was definitely knowledgeable and made great recommendations. When I asked him to honor a coupon they had on their website, the tone posture became hostile, I was told to take it or leave it, and unfortunately, nothing was resolved after speaking to their service manager, Joseph.
