Tyler came and gave me a quote for new Hvac system& was very knowledgeable &efficient with excellent communication skills.Very courteous&made me happy I'm having Desert Diamond do an outstanding job again for my home.
I don't know what happened to the text in my review. Johaan was excellent, very courteous and knowledgeable. Explained his actions during his tune up and findings. I couldn't be more pleased, have been using Desert Diamond since they installed our new unit 5 years ago.

When I first dealt with desert diamond ac I worked with Steve. I enjoyed and felt comfortable with him. He was very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. I bought “top of the line” Trane system because of how long it was supposed to last. It has been relatively problem free. Now at the end of warranty major problems. New salesman NOT HELPFUL. He said So sorry I bought a top dollar system that did not last though warranty, just bad luck. It is “fixable” , but would be better ( assuming for him) if I bought a new system. W... read more
