Awesome little place. I am from out of state and was looking for a piece of carpet. Price was right. Ashley was very helpful and they were cheaper than Walmart!
A 2 day install turned into a 2 month ordeal. The installer didn’t have the tools to install carpet correctly. He ruined the carpet in one room and placed the seam in the doorway on another. The one room he somewhat finished I had to finish it to add the furniture back in. All in all I never once heard from the owners to apologize or even make it right. Store staff was very easy to work with. The installer was very professional and went over every step. He really seemed to want to make sure that the customer was happy.
Replacement carpet for the babies room. Sonora Haye from Desert Design Carpet One in Winnemucca, Nevada helped me choose both color and texture for the replacement carpet in the babies room. She assembled the quote, got the job scheduled and installation completed in a timely fashion. Thank you Sonora!!
