A 2 day install turned into a 2 month ordeal. The installer didn’t have the tools to install carpet correctly. He ruined the carpet in one room and placed the seam in the doorway on another. The one room he somewhat finished I had to finish it to add the furniture back in. All in all I never once heard from the owners to apologize or even make it right.
