I am so impressed with the customer service and quality of the install of our floors. Ashley was very prompt and professional throughout the whole process. And the installation by Gabe was absolutely amazing, he was very precise and knowledgeable throughout the insulation from start to finish. I will definitely choose Desert Design Carpet One in the near future.

Awesome little place. I am from out of state and was looking for a piece of carpet. Price was right. Ashley was very helpful and they were cheaper than Walmart!
A 2 day install turned into a 2 month ordeal. The installer didn’t have the tools to install carpet correctly. He ruined the carpet in one room and placed the seam in the doorway on another. The one room he somewhat finished I had to finish it to add the furniture back in. All in all I never once heard from the owners to apologize or even make it right. The floor patch in the kitchen was also bad. He used super glue with baking soda to make it from moving. They used my extra flooring and left with the floor damaged. This pla... read more
