Dr. David Arpin is not a periodontist I would recommend. Their dental practice billing cannot to be trusted. I was quoted a price out of pocket, and when my insurance paid ,they did not refund me. I had gum surgery and there was no assistant on site, and they couldn’t produce any documentation the insurance required. I had to work it with my regular dentist for the insurance to pay. Dr. Shane Ellsworth and his associate Bob were kind enough to squeeze us in and stay late on a FRIDAY afternoon for a patient from Syracuse, NY. My wife had an accident and had her two front crowns knocked out. She was in pain and terribly embarrassed. They took x-rays, evaluated her condition, took an impression and made her a retainer till she could get home to get it addressed. Thank you so much for caring and your compassion. I'd recommend this practice to anyone!
