My first experience was when I took my (at the time) 2 year old daughter. She had not ever been to the dentist before so I was alittle nervous how she would react but because of how nice and gentle the staff and her dentist was she was super calm and let them do what they needed to do 💖 I was very happy and so was she. I recently went myself and had the same experience was very happy. Not one complaint. My family will stick with desert dental 🙂
1st they could give there clients a returned phone call after two messages where left with 2 different people. 1st w/Patty in the financial dept. 2nd/Office mgr via: phone operator. Ugh....

They have sent me a bill stamped final because they cannot figure out what they are doing. An aggressive representative named Denise is harassing me for money I was not aware I owed because my insurance covered it. I paid my co payment. Mow a D.O.S was issued a made up bill. She marked me as 90 days late when this was the first I heard of it. Be careful they are rude and incompetent. After they make mistakes they place the blame on you. Great experience. ..everyone was very nice. Oral surgeon very good. So glad because I am very comfortable and not scared there.
