This company takes advantage of older people. A friend had him repair his swamp cooler not telling him much more was wrong and that it was leaking. The guy who serviced it also put holes in the roof and damaged the roof in two places. He didn't not want to repair the damage he did.

The vents were placed in the correct spot something the other companies weren't that knowledgeable about. Thanks Guys.... Buff was so kind and spent time trying to help me even when he knew they would not be paid to service my unit. I had to call again and Buff returned the call very quickly.
