We had no air and Desert Air came out and had to order a part but in the meantime, fixed it so we at least were cool and our dogs weren't uncomfortable!!
They always go out of their way to clean the furnace and the surrounding area. Make sure everything is in working order and explain what was done. Same when checking air conditioning.

Follow up with customers and do what they promise to do. I had a whole house AC done, and I still need to use a wall AC to keep the room cold.
