Had Desert Air conditioning come to service our air conditioner years ago. Other company’s were pushing to replace our system while Desert air gave me another option to replace a the coil. The system is running perfectly and at the same time found 2 very small leaks in the Freon line. It’s been 6 year now and no problem. We service the unit regularly with them as we are snowbirds from Canada and trust them while not in residence in Palm Desert. Good job guys. 👍
Both Manny and Victor are great technicians that service 9 of our units. A few years ago Manny saved us a large sum of money by fixing a unit at our home that two other companies said needed to be replaced at a cost of $10,000. Also their office staff is very efficient and friendly. I feel this company is reliable and honest. I highly recommend them and have done so to our friends.
I have been working with Desert Air for over 5 years. They are the best. They take excellent care of my system and just installed a wonderful mini-split for my garage. I look forward to my semi-annual visits from Victor.
Quick response on one of the hottest days of the year this summer. Problem was solved by knowledgeable tech and covered under warranty on two large industrial AC units. Bravo!
