technicion was very kind and helpful in explaining what he was doing and was very courtious. very timley and did a wounderful job on my carpets. made them look new again. thanks
I can't say enough great things about Deseret Duct Cleaners! They fit me into their schedule when it was convenient for me. Their technician Pete was promt, friendly and very knowledgeable. He cleaned my air ducts and dryer vent quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use this company again!
This is an awful company. Do not be tempted to call them based off their cheap pricing. Their prices are cheap because they are a cheap company. I just waited for them for four hours after the time they said they would be to my house only to hav an unfriendly, slow fat man tell me he wouldn't be able to clean my one carpeted room due to not having a "water source".
