My experience at the clinic was unprofessional. I had an appointment on 6/11/2026 that was scheduled for 8:30am. I called while parking in the garage to alert the clinic I had just arrived. I was told I would I would probably not be seen, because I was 5 mins late. Being that I was already in the building I took my chances and went to head into the building. I've never had my appointment start on time. Usually over an hour delay from my appointment time to the time I am actually seen. Booked out for months, slow response times from whoever answers their portal messages, and quality of care in visits feels rushed and low.
El lugar me ha dejado una muy mala impresión. Siempre asocio a todo lo q venga de uhealth con excepcional y de calidad pero este lugar no fue eso exactamente. Para ser un centro donde hacen cirugías dermatologicas la limpieza en todos los ambitos desde el piso hasta manipulación de las heridas de los pacientes no es la mas óptima. El trato del personal bien aislado durante los procedimientos. Los pacientes muchas veces son mayores y no saben explicar y no permiten un acompañante.
