After a very stressful hospital stay for our daughter, following up with clinic to schedule additional testing that blank children’s Er is requesting. Nursing staff was rude and condescending during call. This type of treatment from medical professionals is not appreciated during such stressful times.

Inconsistent care, lack of correct record keeping including immunizations, Dr. didn’t call me back and much more. We’ve been going 13 years and have 4 kids- finally I’ve just had enough. The only thing dependable is that they will mess up our records or brush us off. We loved this clinic pre-2014. The standards are not the same now.
Love Dr. Petersen!!! She is very attentive towards my son’s healthcare needs! Great interaction! Always has a SMILE on her face! Hezi loves to dance with her too!!! She’s our Fav and we couldn’t ask for anyone better!!! **Front Desk Staff are Awesome Too!!!!** We. LOVE. Des Moines Pediatrics!!!!
