Des Moines comfort is the only place that I ever use. They are very professional, do very great work and I trust them in my home. They where foot coverings in my home and always pick up after themselves.

The fan on my AC unit stopped working. I looked at many Heating and Cooling companies that were nearly 5-star. There were a few 4.9 stars, but DMC beat them all with a 5.0 star rating on Google, BBB, Facebook, and other sites. I called and spoke to Jackie who was knowledgable, she asked some questions to figure out what the issue may be and gave me options for service times. Ever since starting to work with Des Moines Comfort, I have nothing but good things to say about the company and staff. The staff is always friendly and professional, always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. They are very proactive in making sure your system is always serviced as we can sometimes forget about those things because of our busy schedules. Very polite and professional. Clearly and thoroughly answered all of my questions. He was efficient and I could not have had a better experience with this fall maintenance project. I also appreciated that he sent his picture when he texted to say he was on his way. He removed his shoes and wore a mask. Two Thumbs up!
