While visiting the hotel earlier this evening I was treated very rudely by a female hotel employee who was at the front desk. Rather than make our visit memorable she spoke rudely to me and my party. I would not return to this place. Poor customer service. She does not represent this hotel well!

Fantastic hotel!! Highly recommend. It’s a hotel done right in every way. Stunning room, so quiet, comfortable bed, tall ceilings and big bathrooms. Cannot give enough praise.
If you plan to stay in Des Moines, this the place. Everything was wonderful. Beautiful room, friendly and attentive staff, great breakfast...made to order. One of the best stays ever.
