Efficient service awesome Experience gets it done
This is the worse customer service experience I’ve ever had. Dealing with a doctor office staff. They don’t answer the phone The doctor giving you the wrong medication I’m gonna dispute all charges with my insurance company. I just walked out the door. Waiting for my Lyft. I call the doctors office 10 times and not one call was answer. It’s not like the clerk is busy.
This doctor is awesome I have been dealing with fibromyalgia for almost a year on my own, this doctor to her time to listen she asked questions she made referrals best doctor I have had being in dc for 12 years. She has a genuine heart her goal is to get you better. Her staff is awesome as well .I was in so much pain and couldn't even think straight but they took their time with me I really appreciate them

This is the best doctors office I’ve been to throughout my whole life me and my daughter really appreciate our doctor and nurses at this healthcare center
