Waited almost an hour after appointment time for my daughter. I asked front-desk staff about it, she replied, "It's not my fault he doctor is behind." She was unfriendly, never once smiled, and never updated us on status of appointment. Lobby was a mess with bathroom door wide open, no order to the office generally. I walked out. It was a mill.
