I've know these guys for over 20 years and they have never failed me or steered me wrong. They are very good at what they do and I've had zero issues with their work. They have knowledgeable, competent and thorough personnel who takes good care of their customers. I salute you Derrick Auto and crew. Keep up the good work.
Took care of me last minute excellent work
They welded my ball joints on. You're not supposed to weld it. The snap ring and cotter pin was missing on both sides. The welds broke because they didn't even weld it nicely so I had to get them replaced AGAIN. The reason I'm mad is because of how much better the car drives after changing the ball joints AGAIN. They did an absolutely horrible job on my ball joints. Very disappointed. Will not be going again.
The staffs are super efficient, I call bf I get to the shop I explain my situation. As soon as I got there they were diligent in working on my car. I recommend them great services!!!
