Rented from 2014-16. Excellent price, fully furnished if desired with no hike in pricing, offer limited parking for some select tenants (I was one of them; it is a tight squeeze but much preferred to off-site or street parking), and the landlord was very responsive the few times I contacted him.
I lived in The Diplomat from 07-09, one year in a 1 Bedroom and the next in a 2 Bedroom. Both years were the best experience I have had in renting. Tom and Jill were always available to help if needed, and were even there just to chat if time and responsibilities allowed. Even Tom's father (whose name I can't remember) was there in the fall to help with the plethora of people moving in and out. That's what comes from a family run business I suppose.
