In 2019 Mike Derr sexually harassed me repeatedly, groomed me to try to get me to go on his boat with him, to try to have a candlelight dinner with him, then tried to enter my apartment, without notice or permission. Afabs, Do. Not. Rent here please. For the love of God run from this place.

Rented from 2014-16. Excellent price, fully furnished if desired with no hike in pricing, offer limited parking for some select tenants (I was one of them; it is a tight squeeze but much preferred to off-site or street parking), and the landlord was very responsive the few times I contacted him.
