They pretended to know what was wrong with my car. First, they told me it was one thing then called to say it was something else. Price went from $900+ to $1,400+. Paid $1,400+ only to find out they were GUESSING and they guessed WRONG...car has SAME EXACT PROBLEM. They proceeded to tell me something TOTALLY DIFFERENT was wrong although the car had the same symptoms. I had to get the tensioner pulley and serpentine belt replaced. They did a diagnostic and repaired it within two hours. Price was very reasonable and service of all involved was courteous and polite. Mechanic explained to me exactly what was going on with the two issues I had and printed out estimates for both. Would recommend to others. :)
They can't meet deadlines and will completely over charge you for low quality work
