I have never dealt with such rude behavior with A Nurse in a Dermatology Office before. Had a biopsy done this past Monday and I ended up calling them today for results, because I haven’t received a call yet. The Doctors nurse I spoke to said it came back as a BCC of the Lft. arm. Thank goodness it wasn’t Squamous or Melanoma. I asked her when the results came in and she replied.. does that really matter and when do you want to reschedule for the rest to be cut out? This practice is a joke. My father was using them for quiet sometime and because they kept wanting him to keep having places cut off and he refused they discharged him from the practice. They are a money hole. His places were not critical and nothing that had to be removed.
The dermatologists and P.A.s at Dermatology Specialists of West Georgia are some of the best you'll find anywhere.
Staff is friendly but people up front always charge different and never back up what they say from precious appts. & charge ridiculous diff prices every time. Makes me not wanna go back.
I was extremely nervous! Thank you Dr. Tolbert for putting my mind at ease. Very friendly staff.
