I recently had my appointment cancelled without my knowledge, despite the fact I drove up from the Gold Coast to attend and took a day off work. I booked the appointment months ago with a receptionist that had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She came on and off the line several times before finally giving me an appointment. We are incredibly grateful to Dr Brad Jones for seeing my daughter, Isabelle, at short notice for an urgent appointment. He was kind, thorough, and genuinely attentive. Most importantly, he identified a treatment path and offered advice that several other doctors had overlooked. His ability to listen carefully and consider all aspects of her symptoms made a real difference—and provided much-needed relief and clarity during a stressful time. Thank you

Left the same feedback with reception at their New Farm clinic. I’m new to attending a dermatologist and not sure if it’s common knowledge but their practice runs similar to a GP in that you can expect long wait times. I waited 1 HOUR for my appointment and while that may not be an issue for some, I had to take leave without pay for this appointment and was hoping to use my lunch break but now will spend almost 2 hours for what was a 20 minute appointment. Can’t even get in for an urgent skin cancer check concerning a suspicious spot. Was told booked out till Sept 2025! How great is this healthcare?? Not
