We are incredibly grateful to Dr Brad Jones for seeing my daughter, Isabelle, at short notice for an urgent appointment. He was kind, thorough, and genuinely attentive. Most importantly, he identified a treatment path and offered advice that several other doctors had overlooked. His ability to listen carefully and consider all aspects of her symptoms made a real difference—and provided much-needed relief and clarity during a stressful time. Thank you

Left the same feedback with reception at their New Farm clinic. I’m new to attending a dermatologist and not sure if it’s common knowledge but their practice runs similar to a GP in that you can expect long wait times. I waited 1 HOUR for my appointment and while that may not be an issue for some, I had to take leave without pay for this appointment and was hoping to use my lunch break but now will spend almost 2 hours for what was a 20 minute appointment. Can’t even get in for an urgent skin cancer check concerning a suspicious spot. Was told booked out till Sept 2025! How great is this healthcare?? Not

I made an appointment for a full skin check on the 1st of March9.10 am with Dr Jazlyn Read. I didn't receive a call, text or email saying there will be any delay that morning. Despite the morning traffic i got there on time just to wait 45 minutes!! How can someone run 45 minutes behind in the morning without inform the next patient! I found it rude and disrespectful as time is very precious to everyone and we should respect each other! I was about to leave when she finally entered the room.
